James Jiang is the CEO of Boundless Fitness and is looking to increase leads and sales to its online personal training business with an automated marketing system.
Currently, Boundless Fitness is primarily generate sales using referrals, but now wants the ability to attract cold market leads and convert them into paying clients with a more predictable method and requiring less time for prospecting.
An Email Marketing Automation sequence is also required to follow-up with potential leads and maximize chances of revenue.
We built an Automated Marketing System consisting of an Application Sales Funnel and five-day email follow-up sequence. This will replace the Client’s process using MailChimp.
The Application Funnel makes people apply for the opportunity to work with you and is the ideal funnel for high-ticket offers. James was initially charging $497 for his online program and we helped him refine to offer to increase the prices to $1,500.

Once a new lead has submitted their information, they are entered into a multi-day lead nurturing sequence to educate them on the benefits of the service with CTA to book a free consultation.
James was able to put his lead intake and calendar scheduling on complete auto-pilot for Boundless Fitness. Previously, he would have to go back and forth with manual messages trying to find time to schedule consults after a lead submitted their information to him, which was not collected in a standardized process.
Now, once a lead fills out a form, the entire process is fully automated and takes less than 1 minute to complete!
Also, when someone makes a purchase of Jame’s coaching services, the client is automatically emailed a welcome email and contract to sign.
When James first started working with us, he had about no systems in place and really had no clue to get more time back in his business. The first thing we helped James do was automate his lead intake and calendar scheduling to reduce some of his day-to-day tasks.
